When placing an order online via the shopping cart you will have 4 options for payment.
Items purchased using a "term" payment method may incur a 3% surcharge on top of other charges,
please e-mail admin@compcare.com.au if unsure.
#options1. Cash/Direct Deposit On Pickup
Please be aware that you may have a daily limit on your savings or cheque account.
#options2. Cash On Delivery (COD)
We send Courier COD to locations in Sydney Metro only.
Courier COD are send directly to the delivery address so there needs to be someone there during business hours to pay for the order.
We will first quote you the COD costs (always more than prepaid). After you reply to say that ok we send asap.
When we notify you of sending please make sure you have the funds ready for the courier.
If you are a repeat COD customer there is an option under your account to change it so we will send without COD cost confirmation.
Note: We usually will not send out COD for orders over $500 and under $50.
#options3. Direct Deposit (D.D)
This is the prefered and cheapest way to pay for delivered orders. Direct Deposit can be done by Internet Banking or whatever means is available to you. You will receive an email shortly after ordering which supplies the total to deposit including delivery. Once you have made the deposit email admin@compcare.com.au to confirm this.
We send out your order as soon as the deposit has come through (usually next business day) and email you to confirm it.
Please put your order number on our payment description of the deposit. Also, please email support@compcare.com.au with payment details when done.
